You procrastinate or tend to re-work things
You ruminate over what you say (and what's said to you)
You're in control, but you're also feeling burnout
You've missed out on key opportunities
Each workshop is supported by a curated set of resources designed to anchor your transformation. These include the best resources from Kristen's favorite authors and practice exercises to solidify new skills that you can implement in your leadership right away. This integrated approach ensures your learning stays with you for real change in how you leverage your perfectionism.
To support your schedule, the teaching portion of each workshop will be recorded and shared in our private Circle community. To preserve the trust and confidentiality of the group, breakout conversations and group discussions are not recorded. Live participation is encouraged to fully benefit from the shared experience.

Early in the program, meet one-on-one with Kristen for a 60-minute personal coaching session to discover and define a specific goal to work on while in the program. This coaching is custom to your perfectionism strengths and focused on what you need most, aligning with your life, leadership, or career vision.
Beyond the live learning provided through my curriculum, human connections are the most powerful way to hone and own your perfectionism in the healthiest way. As added bonuses to the live, interactive workshops, the connections you make with Kristen and other passionate women in the group is what really transforms the way you build your future leadership. There is deep value to the program from these added bonuses that you get when you join us starting in April.
Between workshops, you are a part of a supportive community. As a part of a small group of high-achieving leaders who know the weight and traps of high standards, you're invited and challenged into stronger leadership. Together, we create a safe space where stories about our pressures, patterns, and ambitions can be shared openly. The result is shared perspective, grounded accountability, and meaningful growth that happens alongside others who are committed to growing their leadership.

I’m already so busy, will I have time for this?
This experience is intentionally designed to integrate into the leadership decisions and conversations you’re already having, not add more to your plate. Rather than creating more work, this program helps reduce the mental back-and-forth, overthinking, and self-pressure that can quietly drain time and energy. The result is not doing more, but leading with greater clarity, confidence, and ease in the work you’re already doing.
The time you spend in each 90-minute session and exploring the supporting resources is time you’re already spending thinking, deciding, and leading — just in a more focused, supportive way. Participants often find that what they learn here shows up immediately in everyday moments: how they approach a decision, frame a conversation, delegate a task, or set a boundary.
To support your schedule, the teaching portion of each workshop will be recorded and shared in our private Circle community. To preserve the trust and confidentiality of the group, breakout conversations and group discussions are not recorded. Live participation is encouraged to fully benefit from the shared experience.
What if I’m not the ‘worst’ perfectionist?
You don’t need to be in crisis for this work to be meaningful. This experience is designed for leaders who are already capable and effective, and who sense there’s a more sustainable, aligned way to lead.
Many participants join not because something is “wrong,” but because they’re ready to refine how they lead — to make decisions with more ease, communicate with greater confidence, and trust themselves without constant second-guessing. This is about strengthening what’s already working and giving it clearer direction, not fixing yourself.
Is this therapy?
No. This is leadership development and coaching. While we work with mindset and identity because leadership is personal. The focus is always on how that insight translates into how you lead.
The work is grounded in practical application: decision-making, communication, delegation, influence, and presence in real leadership situations. Reflection is used as a tool for clarity and alignment, not as an end in itself. The goal is to help you lead with greater confidence, precision, and intention in your everyday professional life.
What if I'm not sure if this program is for me?
This program is most beneficial to middle-management leaders with perfectionism tendencies and a few years of leadership experience. However, it is also applicable to emerging leaders looking to strengthen their skills as they move into more demanding leadership roles.
I would be happy to talk to you about The Perfectionist’s Edge! You can book time on my calendar for a no obligation FREE chat here.
What if I join and it’s not what I expected?
You can try the experience risk-free.
I want you to feel confident and excited about your decision to join The Perfectionist’s Edge. That’s why you have 7 days from the start of the program to experience it fully. If within that time you decide it’s not the right fit, you can request a full refund. For transparency, I’ll ask a few questions to understand what didn’t work or what we could improve. This brings me feedback I genuinely value and use to strengthen the experience.
