"Through the Perfectionist’s Edge Challenge, Kristen helped me shift my mindset in simple yet powerful ways. Now  I feel much more confident and at ease in my work, with far less anxiety, which has allowed me to  take bolder steps in my leadership."

You procrastinate or tend to re-work things

Your perfectionism has left you feeling uneasy instead of empowered.

  • You delay starting things—not because you lack ability, but because the stakes feel higher for you than for most. When your identity is tied to results, anything less than exceptional can feel like failure.  And in trying to avoid falling short, you sometimes stay stuck or you find yourself re-working things past the point of it making them significantly better —reinforcing the very disappointment you were trying to prevent.

You ruminate over what you say (and what's said to you)

  • You replay conversations long after they’ve ended, often second-guessing what you said and dissecting what others meant. Feedback lingers longer than it should, and even neutral comments can feel loaded. Instead of feeling clear and steady, you’re left questioning yourself.

You're in control, but you're also feeling burnout

  • On the outside, you appear totally in control, but you still feel unsure about your performance and how to build your team's abilities. To get it all done you're still leaning into tasks as an individual contributor, and feel uncomfortable with decision making, effective delegation, or difficult conversations.

You've missed out on key opportunities

  • As the high-performing-go-getter, you keep thinking "My hard work should speak for itself!" You have no idea how to promote yourself authentically. You avoid any self-promotion because you sense it is disingenuous, and you remain stuck.

Let me guess...

Your perfectionism is a weakness
that is holding you back.

You've been advised to...
  • Loosen up.
  • Lower your standards.
  • Stop overthinking.
  • Be less intense.
  • Care a little bit less.

Taking it to heart, you've tried to...
  • Quiet the voice.
  • Push through the hesitation.
  • Choose progress over perfection.
  • Act more confident than you feel.

And for a while it works, until it doesn't, because the truth is...
  • Your high standards aren’t the issue.
  • Your detail-orientation isn’t the issue.
  • Your thoughtfulness isn’t the issue.
  • Your desire to do excellent work isn’t the issue.

As a perfectionist myself, I was tired of feeling like I needed to fix myself by becoming someone I wasn't.

So after years of corporate leadership, hours of research, and working with hundreds of other perfectionists, I'm excited to share with you the secrets to honing perfectionism into a strategic leadership advantage.

This perfectionist's leadership program was built to hone your superpower so that you can:

Communicate powerfully.
Delegate effectively.
Decide with confidence.
Lead with presence.

And if you’re ready to embrace your strengths and lean into new ways of believing in yourself, then I’m enthusiastic to be your guide.

AND Truthfully, YOU'VE PROBABLY BEEN TOLD THAT

YOUR PerfectioniSM IS NOT THE PROBLEM.
It's JUST that no one ever taught you how to HONE it.

When you stop hiding your perfectionism
and start refining it, everything shifts.

Growth comes by reshaping how you lead yourself.

NEXT GROUP StartS FALL 2026

Through six dynamic workshops, you experience collaborative working sessions designed to strengthen how you lead  in real time.

This program creates space to bring your perfectionism challenges to a group of women that are so much like you!

Working together you learn, practice, and receive thoughtful, direct feedback. All of this creates a shift toward feeling clearer, calmer, and more anchored in how you lead.

“Kristen brings a rare mix of strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, and genuine care. Her coaching challenged me to rethink how I define success and helped me take meaningful steps forward with greater balance and clarity. I’m incredibly grateful for her mentorship and would recommend her to any leader navigating change.”

DANIELLE B. – STRATEGIC PROGRAM MANAGER

This is exactly why I created The Perfectionist's Edge because repeatedly trying to "fix ourselves" by adopting methods that work against our grain leaves us feeling frustrated and frantic.

As women in leadership, we must admit that until we build our perfectionist's balance, we'll be stuck in
questioning our identity and self worth.

As perfectionists, we're not alone... In 2022, a Harvard study of high-achievers found that 85% of participants identified as having perfectionist traits.

And it's time to stop struggling on our own. In this program, you'll experience LIVE workshopping on your challenges and build new rhythms to support your performance and well-being.

Join with other high performing perfectionist-minded women to experience balance, connection, and joy in your work again.

If you're interested in talking to me, about the program, please schedule a free 20 minute chat with me.

I'm Kristen Harris, and for over two decades, I've had the privilege to guide women to lead with clarity and grace instead of second-guessing and self-doubt.

Throughout my leadership journey, I've embraced ways to remain true to myself and find my perfectionist's balance. I now savor being driven, but at ease; precise, but present.

I'm with you every step of the way...

Chris M. – Senior Solutions Architect

  • Known for your standards, reliability, and thoughtfulness
  • Ready to stop overthinking and start trusting your judgment
  • Looking for frameworks and meaningful inner transformation

This may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

This experience is for you if you are:

  • A purely tactical productivity system
  • A passive, self-paced course
  • A space to vent without applying what you learn
  • A therapy session

FAQs

I’m already so busy, will I have time for this?

This experience is intentionally designed to integrate into the leadership decisions and conversations you’re already having, not add more to your plate. Rather than creating more work, this program helps reduce the mental back-and-forth, overthinking, and self-pressure that can quietly drain time and energy. The result is not doing more, but leading with greater clarity, confidence, and ease in the work you’re already doing.

The time you spend in each 90-minute session and exploring the supporting resources is time you’re already spending thinking, deciding, and leading — just in a more focused, supportive way. Participants often find that what they learn here shows up immediately in everyday moments: how they approach a decision, frame a conversation, delegate a task, or set a boundary.

To support your schedule, the teaching portion of each workshop will be recorded and shared in our private Circle community. To preserve the trust and confidentiality of the group, breakout conversations and group discussions are not recorded. Live participation is encouraged to fully benefit from the shared experience.

What if I’m not the ‘worst’ perfectionist?

You don’t need to be in crisis for this work to be meaningful. This experience is designed for leaders who are already capable and effective, and who sense there’s a more sustainable, aligned way to lead.

Many participants join not because something is “wrong,” but because they’re ready to refine how they lead — to make decisions with more ease, communicate with greater confidence, and trust themselves without constant second-guessing. This is about strengthening what’s already working and giving it clearer direction, not fixing yourself.

Is this therapy?

No. This is leadership development and coaching. While we work with mindset and identity  because leadership is personal. The focus is always on how that insight translates into how you lead.

The work is grounded in practical application: decision-making, communication, delegation, influence, and presence in real leadership situations. Reflection is used as a tool for clarity and alignment, not as an end in itself. The goal is to help you lead with greater confidence, precision, and intention in your everyday professional life.

What if I'm not sure if this program is for me?

This program is most beneficial to middle-management leaders with perfectionism tendencies and a few years of leadership experience. However, it is also applicable to emerging leaders looking to strengthen their skills as they move into more demanding leadership roles.

I would be happy to talk to you about The Perfectionist’s Edge! You can book time on my calendar for a no obligation FREE chat here.

What if I join and it’s not what I expected?

You can try the experience risk-free.

I want you to feel confident and excited about your decision to join The Perfectionist’s Edge. That’s why you have 7 days from the start of the program to experience it fully. If within that time you decide it’s not the right fit, you can request a full refund. For transparency, I’ll ask a few questions to understand what didn’t work or what we could improve. This brings me feedback I genuinely value and use to strengthen the experience.

Kristen is a great leader; she develops highly skilled and diverse teams who are great at their jobs and are recognized for creative and excellent solutions. Kristen created an environment for our team which fostered collaboration, friendly competition and we genuinely felt connected with each other; and she did this despite the fact that we were spread out over several continents, time zones and native languages.
